Jon truly exceeded expectations with a critical lighting issue. We had outdoor lights that weren’t functioning, and the necessary parts for repair weren’t available. He took the initiative to pick up a new fixture, installed new wiring, and had the lights operational on the same day, eliminating a safety concern.
